Still Interpreting Inc. has a network of highly-skilled ASL - English Interpreters and Deaf Interpreters to provide interpreting services to the growing number of ASL-users calling Vancouver Island home. With over 35 years of experience providing interpreting services in a variety of settings including legal, mental health, medical, educational, employment, you can count on Still Interpreting to provide the highest quality interpreting services.

Utilizing our network of interpreters from across the island, we provide services in Victoria, Langford, Sooke, Duncan, Nanaimo, Parksville, Courtenay, Campbell River, and the North Island.

 

If a local interpreter cannot be assigned, remote interpreting on a variety of online platforms is available. More information about remote interpreting services can be found on our services page.​​​​​​​​​​​​

Our Interpreters

Still Interpreting Inc. hires and contracts with Registered Sign Language Interpreters (RSLI) and Deaf Interpreters (DI) who are members of the Westcoast Association of Visual Language Interpreters (WAVLI), the provincial professional association of interpreters, and the Canadian Association of Sign Language Interpreters (CASLI), the national professional association of interpreters. Members of WAVLI and CASLI are bound by the Associations’ Code of Ethics and Guidelines for Professional Conduct.
